Printing Materials
Face stock, adhesive and finish are three separate decisions, and getting the adhesive wrong is the one that comes back.
- Face stocks
- Paper & 3 synthetics
- Adhesives
- Five grades
- Samples
- Free, before you commit
- Foiling
- Hot and cold, inline
Almost every label failure we are asked to diagnose is an adhesive problem, not a print problem. A permanent acrylic on a recycled kraft box in a cold store will lift at the corners within a fortnight; a removable on a glass jar that gets hand-washed will not survive the first wash. Neither is the printer’s fault and both are avoidable at the quoting stage.
We hold paper, polypropylene, polyethylene and polyester face stocks, and permanent, removable, freezer-grade, high-tack and wash-off adhesives. For anything going onto an unusual substrate we will run a sample and send it to you to test on your actual product before you commit to a run.
Finishes cover gloss, matt and soft-touch lamination, spot UV, hot and cold foil, and tactile screen varnish. On wine and spirits we can emboss inline, which removes a whole separate process and about two weeks from the lead time.

Printing Solutions
Digital, flexographic and hybrid printing from 250 labels to four million. We will tell you which process suits your run length rather than the one our machines are idle on.

Artwork & Origination
Pre-flight, colour matching to a physical target, and a printed proof on your actual material. We do not print from a PDF nobody has checked.
Send the artwork and tell us the substrate
We pre-flight before we quote, not after we schedule. About one file in six comes back with something to fix, and week one is the cheap time to find it.
