Printing Solutions
Digital, flexo and hybrid, on six presses in one building in Coventry — and an honest answer about which process your job actually wants.
- Presses
- Six, one site
- Minimum order
- 250 labels
- Colours
- Up to 8 plus white
- Largest run
- 4.1 million
The choice between digital and flexographic printing is decided almost entirely by run length and the number of colours, and almost every label printer in the country will steer you toward whichever of their machines is quiet that week. Below about 8,000 labels digital wins on cost every time; above about 40,000 with four or fewer colours, flexo does. Between those, it depends on your artwork.
We run both, plus two hybrid presses that combine a digital engine with inline flexo units for varnish, foil and white. That means we are not arguing for one process because it is the only one we own, and it means a job can move between them if your volumes change without you re-originating the artwork.
Minimum order is 250 labels. There is no maximum that matters — the largest single run we have produced was 4.1 million for a drinks brand in 2024, delivered across eleven weeks.

Paper and synthetic face stocks, permanent, removable, freezer and high-tack adhesives, and the finishes that decide whether a label survives a dishwasher or a chiller.

Artwork & Origination
Pre-flight, colour matching to a physical target, and a printed proof on your actual material. We do not print from a PDF nobody has checked.
Send the artwork and tell us the substrate
We pre-flight before we quote, not after we schedule. About one file in six comes back with something to fix, and week one is the cheap time to find it.
