Who we are. Meridian Labels Ltd, Meridian House, Bayton Road Industrial Estate, Coventry CV7 9EJ, company 01214498, is the data controller. Questions to sales@meridianlabels.co.uk.

This website collects nothing. No analytics, no advertising pixel, no embedded map, no third-party font, no social widget. Fonts, images and stylesheets come from our own domain. Nothing is stored in your browser and no cookie is set, which is why there is no cookie banner rather than one being hidden.

What you send us. Enquiry form or email: name, email, company, substrate, quantity and message. Customers additionally give us delivery addresses, purchase order references and accounts contacts, and we hold the artwork files you send.

Your artwork. We hold it to print your job and to reprint it when you reorder. It stays yours, we do not show it to anyone outside the works, and we do not use it as a portfolio example without asking. We do not put it into any machine-learning system, ours or anybody else's.

How long. Enquiries that do not become orders: twelve months. Artwork and job records: seven years from the last reprint, because customers reorder years later and expect us to still have the file. Accounts: seven years.

Who else sees it. Our email is hosted in the UK, our accountant sees invoices, and couriers get delivery addresses. Nobody else. We do not sell data.

Your rights. Ask for a copy, ask us to correct or delete it, or object. We reply within a calendar month, free. Complaints to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

This is a demonstration site. Meridian Labels is a fictional company and this site was built by Omnify Labs to demonstrate design and build quality. The form validates your input and then does nothing with it — nothing is transmitted, received or stored. The notice above describes how a live version would operate.
